4th Draft

Caught draft 4 from Synflame

I much prefer this draft, it feels better in terms of the characters and makes more sense; however I feel very uneasy as no one is able to look at the script before filming. Our original production plan was listed that week 3 we would get together and discuss all our research and start writing the script in week 4, however the MARS project was on week 3, which set us a week behind, and then after that Georgie was unfortunately ill throughout week 4 which set us again another week behind.

This version of the script has very much changed from our first draft, we have changed from a gang crime to a more domestic scene within the drama genre, which I think it terms of our writing style, is better for us as it almost replicates the script we both wrote while working together on Caught in the Act - however both of us discussed that drama as a genre wasn't our favourite and that next time we should consider a genre that we both really enjoy working in or consider working with other people who favour similar genres to ourselves.

Our shoot is in two days as that was the only day we were able to get the actresses and ourselves together to film, however the actresses are only able to film for 2 hours at the location (my house) which my family wasn't happy with and has made the situation very difficult. I feel pushed for time and very unorganised and I'm very unsure if we will actually get everything filmed.

From this, if I had to do the project again I would have protested doing the MARS project as I didn't find it helpful and I think we wouldn't have been rushing to finish at this stage and instead naturally come to this version of the script.
